Answer: Yes, we have a list of references that we will happily share. Many of our references are loyal customers who we have worked with on multiple projects.
Answer: All of our installers and countertop fabricators are full-time employees of Kingswood Designs. We utilize the same skilled electricians, plumbers, and painters as needed. These are professionals we have worked with on a regular basis for many years.
Answer: Once a crew has started a project, they will work solely on that project until it is 100% complete. Crews will never jump between projects.
Answer: Bath renovations take approximately 7 to 10 business days to complete. Kitchen renovations that do not include tearing down walls take approximately 10 to 15 business days. Kitchen renovations that include tearing down walls take approximately 15 to 20 business days.
Answer: As a single-source remodeling company, we are equipped for you to make all of your selections in our showroom. We have endless sample tile boards, cabinetry door styles and color chips, solid and engineered hardwood samples, top name brands of faucets and accessories, cabinetry hardware plus Quartz countertop samples. With our company, your designer will guide you through the entire selection process. You will not have to visit countless stores to make selections.
Answer: Yes, in conjunction with a kitchen or bathroom renovation we can redesign your space which may include removing walls, relocating windows or doors, etc.
Answer: Yes, we have Granite and Quartz remnants for sale at a discounted price. Since we cut and fabricate Granite and Quartz countertops in our shop located directly below our showroom, we have lots of remnants of all sizes and colors available for customers to view. Remnants are perfect for vanity tops, half wall caps, bar tops, etc.!
Answer: Yes, we offer a one year warranty on the workmanship completed in your home. You can view our Limited Warranty. Depending on the products selected, each manufacturer offers specific warranties that your designer can review with you.
