One of our professional consultants will manage all aspects of your kitchen, bathroom or countertop project, from the moment you step into our showroom to when you get to enjoy your newly renovated space.
Our Process
One of our knowledgeable Design Consultants will streamline and manage your project from start to finish. Our elegant showroom boasts Kitchen and Bathroom vignettes, quality products and sample materials to help you through the selection process.
Step 1
CONTACT US
One of our Design Consultants will speak with you about your renovation vision. They will make an appointment to visit your home and take measurements and pictures of your space.
Step 2
PRESENTATION
A meeting in our showroom will be scheduled. Your Design Consultant will present you with two design options, which will include computerized renderings, sample product options, realistic project pricing and timeframe information. After reviewing the presentation information, if you would like to commit to work with Kingswood Designs, we will collect an initial deposit.
Step 3
SELECTIONS
Your Design Consultant will guide you through finalizing your floor plan and the product selection process. All design concepts, cabinetry information, countertop options, plumbing fixtures, flooring and accessories can be viewed and selected in our showroom. After all selections are made, your contract with final pricing will be assembled.
Step 4
RENOVATION
Our installation crews and countertop craftsmen are professional, full-time employees. Once work commences, it is our priority to minimize disruption to your home and to complete the job in a timely manner.
Kitchen Remodels:
Standard kitchen renovations take 10 – 15 business days.
Renovations including new flooring throughout the first floor, tearing down walls, and/or relocating windows/doors can take 15 – 20 business days, or longer based on the scope of work.
Bathroom Remodels:
Standard bathroom renovations take 7 – 10 business days.
Renovations including tearing down walls and/or relocating windows/doors can take 10 – 15 business days, or longer based on the scope of work. After your renovation is complete, your Design Consultant will schedule a final walk-thru with you to review all details of the project.
