Design & Selection Process

How does the design consultation work?

You’ll meet with a Design Consultant who will review your space, take measurements (or use yours), and help you choose products, finishes, and layout options.

Is there a fee for the design consultation?

Yes. Our design consultation includes measurement, planning, and design services. Please contact us for current rates.

Can I bring my own measurements or do you need to visit my home first?

You can bring measurements for an initial discussion. However, we recommend an in-home visit to ensure accuracy before finalizing any design.

What happens if I need to make changes after the project starts?

We understand that changes happen. Your consultant will review any requested changes and adjust scope, timeline, or cost as needed.

Will I get to see product samples before choosing finishes?

Yes. Our showroom includes samples of cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, hardware, and more.

Scheduling & Timeline

Yes. We obtain any necessary permits and coordinate required inspections.

Will the same crew work on my project every day?

Yes. We assign a dedicated crew to your project who will work consistently until completion.

What happens if my materials are delayed?

We do our best to avoid delays through advanced planning. If something is backordered, we’ll communicate options and adjust timelines accordingly.

How do you handle unexpected issues behind the walls?

We’ll discuss any discoveries (e.g., plumbing issues, rot) and present solutions before proceeding.

Post-Project & Maintenance

Will you do a final walkthrough after the project is complete?

Yes. A final walkthrough ensures everything meets your expectations and gives us a chance to answer any final questions.

How do I clean and maintain my new cabinets or countertops?

We provide care instructions tailored to your products, including gentle cleaning methods and recommended maintenance.

Do you offer maintenance or service packages after installation?

While we don’t offer formal service packages, we’re always available for questions or future work.
